23apps ("we" or "us" or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Fastly - Fast Timer & Tracker mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
The App allows you to enter and track the following types of information:
Your data stays with you. All information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container and is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms of service. Only you can access this data.
The App allows you to log health-related information such as fasting durations and weight measurements. This information is stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account, if sync is enabled. The App does not read from or write to Apple Health, and we never have access to this information.
We do not use any third-party analytics services. We do not track your usage of the App. We do not collect any analytics data. The App contains no advertising.
Optional Fastly Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscription status is handled through your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit service for optional iCloud synchronization and Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription purchases. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used by the App.
The App may send local notifications (such as fasting zone transitions and fast completion alerts) if you grant notification permission. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. We do not send or have access to any notification content.
The App is intended for use by adults. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for children and the App is not designed for or directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can delete any fasting session, weight entry, or other data within the App at any time. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data. To remove data from iCloud, you can disable iCloud sync in the App's settings or manage your iCloud storage through your device's Settings app.
Your data is protected by the security measures built into iOS and iCloud. Data stored in iCloud is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We recommend using a strong passcode and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID for additional security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
